INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS REGARDING
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
- a high temperature - you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- a new continuous cough - this means you've started coughing repeatedly
DO NOT COME INTO THE SURGERY
All routine GP appointments have been cancelled and online appointment booking has been suspended.
If you need help please fill out an eConsult request.
We would ask that if you are seeking help for a non-urgent problem or something you don’t need to see a doctor / nurse face to face for (eg any forms / sick notes/ general advice / contraception / blood test requests) you complete an eConsult request.
COVID-19 Non-NHS Requests
Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented pressures that frontline doctors and General Practice are facing in response to COVID-19, we will be unable to process any non-NHS or non-essential reports, forms or letters.
If you require a letter for an employer associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, then please see the following pdf documents below which can be printed and passed on to your employer.

If you have been told to self-isolate because you have symptoms of COVID-19 or live in a house with someone who does, visit https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/ for a sick note for your employer.
There will be no changes to the way repeat prescription are ordered. Please allow 3 working days for us to have your prescription ready for the pharmacy
Please download the NHS app to be able to order your prescriptions directly from us electronically.
Do not stockpile medication by requesting more medication than you would normally need.
If you are unable to use the NHS app to order medication, please hand in your repeat prescriptions requests to the surgery as normal.
If you have been asked to self-isolate, and you do not have IT access and do not have someone who can drop off your prescription request to re-order your repeat prescriptions we have asked that you phone after 11am and our receptionists will assist with arranging this with our prescription team. Please note – we cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone for those able to use the NHS app or come to the surgery as this will overwhelm our telephone lines, please use this system responsibly.
In order that you do not have to come to the surgery to collect your prescriptions please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy for electronic prescriptions.
